The water has a really annoying habit of dying every Friday - then for most of the weekend, usually until Sunday evening.
And when it does come back, there isn't any hot water to go along with it. We have to wait until Monday for that.
It doesn't always follow an exact routine, but something along those lines.
*sigh*
It's really annoying.
We're going to go to the sea on Friday, for about a week. (Partly as a mini-holiday, partly for Dad's work.)
Last time we went we got horribly sunburnt :p
Sky doesn't want to go because tropical beaches "aren't her kind of thing".
Eh. She's a weird child.
Nothing much else new, really. I was trying to photograph a spiderweb with dewdrops on it, but that didn't turn out too well because of the shutterspeed / aperture / holding the camera steady stuff.
I took about 100 photos (I'm not exagerating) - but only three turned out passable.
Oh, and me and Sky got our beds today ^.^
Up until now we'd been sleeping on this mouldy mattress on the floor.
I don't mind sleeping on a mouldy-mattress-on-the-floor, but these mattresses are really thin and uncomfortable.
I only had a proper bed to sleep on about a year ago. (Barring going to our relatives houses and hotels and stuff.)
Better go, because there's a stupid system with the internet here and it's really expensive.
I love this picture! It's reminiscent of something celestial, like planets or galaxy ^.^
ReplyDeleteHot water isn't good for your hair, then again cold water is much less pleasant if you're not accustomed to it, (which we all aren't)
Also, sleeping on the floor is pretty hazardous because there's dust circulating and you can develop nasty muscle-things. I sound like one of those phobic people now X3
You should try photographing your mattress. Or different things o^o There's the beauty in simple objects right?
I agree with Anon, it does looks like planets. Especially since the dew drops are perfectly spherical. That's so amazing :3
