Me and Sky went for a walk earlier :3 it was supposed to be just a go-to-the-top-of-the-hill walk, but we got a little bit lost on the way back and were twenty or so minutes late getting back. Thankfully no one even noticed o.o Mum usually goes totally bonkers if we're more than ten minutes late (which has only happened once, we're usually spot on time)... *grumble* She's so overprotective. I'm not two!
Anyway, we mainly went up there so I could take some photos of Sky - I took three hundred photos! Most of them turned out ok, but evidently I was able to delete a lot of them as there were several identical ones.
Sadly I can't post any on here because a) Mum won't let me because you could stalk her and b) because you'd know it was my sister. If you didn't, I might be able to :p
My granddad got me a small live mousetrap the day before yesterday ^.^
We've had a live rat trap, but it was too big. When we were renting a place (one of the many times we were renting, anyway) I set it several times in a night...and each time we heard the trap ping shut - I ran over with the torch and the cheese was gone, the door down and the trap empty! The mouse had managed to squeeze between the centimetre or so wide squares of wire.
This one should hopefully bring some good results :3
I set it the night before last but some ants got the salmon...and last night I forgot *sigh*
Oh, and the day before yesterday we went on a walk with our granddad - a two hour confusing walk up the aforementioned hill, down the hill, onto someone's private property, past a chapel, down the road, up a track, up the road and back to his house.
We're going back to the barn-thing today. We're probably going to arrive pretty late, again, though.
Well, I'm getting used to it :p I think we're supposed to be there for about ten days, but that may have changed.I won't be posting much while I'm there, because we don't have any WiFi.
