Meep! Sorry for not posting - yet again! 

After my granddad left a friend from England came and stayed a few days, and only left yesterday, when we also picked up Dad from the station.

While this friend was here we went to a sort of botanical garden with lots of bamboo. It was very nice although quite hot. I saw a snake there, which wasn't moving at all, so I thought it was dead. I even threw a small pebble at it (which didn't hit it, but got some dust in its eye) and it didn't budge, though I didn't touch it. So I went to find Mum to show her this dead snake, and when I came back the beastly thing had disappeared! I hadn't even got a photo of it D: I'm pretty sure it was an adder.

We also went for a swim in a river, and went to Montpellier. Today we've just been lazing around, being bitten by mosquitoes and getting slightly sunburnt. I'll post again whenever we do something interesting :P
