So it seems we're definitely leaving on the 18th. It's my sister's last day at school tomorrow, but I'll go on Monday the 11th and Monday the 18th. I'm unfortunately missing the 12th-15th because I'm going with Dad to a conference where I'll be taking photos, and I might actually be paid!

It's a conference on the environment and sustainability and stuff, which I'll be studying, so that's the only reason I'm missing these last few precious days.

But I'm absolutely furious that we're not staying at least until the 22nd, after which there's a two week holiday. WHY can't we leave during the holiday. WHY do we have to leave at all. WHY can't we just flipping stay here!! I LOVE it here. The school is wonderful. Kenya...the chameleons...everything here.

Non mais ce n'est absolument pas juste!

Besides, everyone at school here keeps saying dire things about public schools in general and how we're going to get bullied and blablabla. Rot, of course. But it just shows that the school here, this school, our school is THE school.
