So, here's what I did during my four day work experience, in a rather summarised version.

Tuesday 21st - arrived at 2.45pm and went to observe the kindergarten. I'd been supposed to arrive at 2pm, when they would be doing some activities, but as we were a bit late it had already finished.

Wednesday 22nd - had a look around some ecological gardens

Thursday 23rd - got up at 7am and went on a four hour trek with three other people (Mum, a co-lodger and our hostess), taking the goats through the woods. It got rather hot towards the end but was otherwise very enjoyable. In the afternoon we went and interviewed a man about his job.

Friday 24th - got up at 7am again and went to do some maraichage. I thought we would mainly be gardening, but instead we were loading a tractor with massive rocks, which were then dumped in a big pile for us to place around the edge of a large pool which captured rain water. It was pretty tiring! Then in the afternoon I asked some more questions.
