Well, days have been rolling by in pretty much the same manner. I saw two woodpeckers in the garden the other day, and a large grey raptor with yellow eyes and beak being chased by a kite (for the second time). Last Saturday my sister and I met up with a friend from school and went to the cinema, which was fun. I should add that I can count on one hand the amount of times I've been to the cinema in my life. The film we saw, Queen of Katwe, was really good. I would like to see some other people from school, but I mostly don't have their contact details.

On Monday we're going to the coast for two weeks, I think, as Dad's attending a conference and doing some work there. I'm so annoyed with myself; I stupidly forgot to buy a waterproof case for my camera while we were in England. I daresay there's somewhere you can buy them in Kenya, but no doubt only the professional ones which cost £300-1000. Still, maybe I'll risk putting one of my parents' phones in a plastic bag and taking it for a swim!
