Last night me and Sky went and asked our neighbour for updates on the dogs (since she spends at least half an hour on the phone every time, Mum preferred to send us over) - and she said that she thinks they've been abandoned, since they didn't have a microchip or a tattoo.
Mum's been in touch with some dog rescue person, who's been looking for the owners, but she'd had no luck. I think our neighbour's are going to keep the dogs unless the owners turn up or someone wants to adopt them. Thankfully they've stopped barking like maniacs now.
I also asked if I could borrow a kitten tomorrow - that is, today - and to take photos of, and she suggested that me and Sky could come over tomorrow - today - and take some photos.
So we did. (In case you hadn't realised, these are the neighbours with a lot of cats.)

She (and he, but we mainly see her) has two adorable kittens - a couple of months old. One was a male black and white, like Humbug, and the other was a female ginger - both super cute. The ginger was scared of the dogs, though, and bolted into the undergrowth - Mr. only found her when we went inside, and she was still really scared so we didn't take any photos of her.
But the male was very cute and helpful, and we took some photos of him in a flower pot.

You can see more photos here and here. After that we went inside and had some chocolate (yum) and some biscuits. There were cats all over the place, in big piles, keeping eachother warm :3 There were even two on the coffee machine - she says it's warm.

Then we went back home.
Oh, and we're going to stick some ads up in case people want to adopt the dogs. I hope they're adopted together, since they're mother and daughter...

This evening I went for a walk by myself, down to the stream, because the sunset was all pink and I was hoping some of the colour would reflect. Annoyingly it didn't, but I still took some photos.

I met up with Mum and Dad on the way back (they went for a short walk themselves, but Sky didn't, because she had a headache).
I'd better go now, bedtime :P
