I suppose I should really post on here every day, even if there's no one reading my post or whatever I type is totally boring - simply because it'll help me with my autobiography, later >:D
I have started writing a bit, on a whim, starting from when I started school, but it's so hard to remember what happened when... I used to keep a diary, ages ago, but stopped when we moved from where we were staying (in a rented house, for a year), and lost the diary. I got a diary for my birthday and wrote in it until we went to Mombasa in the holidays, because I couldn't keep up. So my blog is sort of in lieu of a diary, but less personal.
To summarise what I did today:
- got up at 10.30, awoken by Dad
- was told that two painters and the plumber were here
- went and curled up in Mum's bed, with her, for a bit (didn't want to face the workers when I'd just woken up)
- went on the computer briefly
- moped around, read They do it with mirrors (Miss Marple) on the computer
- went outside and took photos of Jade (my cham) and the puppies
- tried to take a film of Jade; total failure since either she moved too fast or not at all
- we were supposed to go into town but it got too late
- Mum and my sister went to the supermarket...and are still there
- I finished They do it with mirrors and typed on my blog
Yesterday it was mostly the same stuff, except I went out with Mum and Sky, went to the supermarket, had an argument with Mum in the taxi about when we're coming back to Kenya after the holidays, went to a cafe and had a drink and came back, before going to sleep.
Pretty boring, really. I sometimes think my life is so interesting...and then, other times, it's horrible o.o I don't know how I'll write my autobiog. Writing it in the first person is too hard, and writing it in the third person is too hard, too, since it feels more like a story, not something that actually happened. And I get paranoid about getting something wrong and not making it absolutely exact. *sigh* But barely anyone's autobiog can be exact, can it?
Ugh, Toffee's making shlurping noises and licking things off the floor. Bleh.
Oh well, bye-bye.
