I went to the lake this morning (with my SD card!) a bit too early and waited for ages for the sun to rise - it never did. Blast it, just in the east there was this beastly huge cloud which didn't let the faintest glimmer of sun through. And there was barely any sunrise pink anywhere. *sigh*

There's a lot of mist around on the hills though, so I think I'll go for another bike ride in a moment, to the "river" (stream, now, but at least it's flowing, unlike the actual stream) near the village and see if there's any mist over the water. I would have gone early, but I hadn't brought my tripod, and it would be too dark under the trees without it.
