We had our conseil de classe on Thursday. I don't know what the equivalent is in English, but it's where the teachers and class délégués (class captains?) and sub-délégués go and discuss the pupils and any problems and the teachers do the term's report and stuff.
And, this year, we're deciding which baccalaureat we want to do.
We had to give in a paper with our choice (it's not our absolutely final choice this term, it's just so we and they can get an idea), and they're going to give the paper back saying whether we can or not according to our marks.
Apparently four people have had their choice refused. But we don't know who. And what happens if they think I have to redo 2nde?!
We're getting the report and stuff on Tuesday, probably.
Will I survive until then?
class captains/ delegates sound like what we call Student Government. We elect president and other offices and delegates and they meet to discuss issues regarding the student body.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck! That sounds a lot like my school.
