Goodness, such a lot has been happening. I'll try and summarise it in as few words as possible.

On Thursday (yesterday, that is) I went to a meeting at school, with the rest of my classmates, where we collected some papers, were given our timetables and some various pieces of information concerning the coming year. Perfectly normal so far. But we're going to England on Tuesday! 

And from England, if we manage to raise the money, we will be going to Kenya at least until December. 

What then, was I doing going to school? As it's a private school, they are under no obligations to keep me in the system - and they may be inclinced to throw me out if I am not there at the start of the year, especially as I gave them so much trouble starting only three weeks before the summer holiday and getting them to do a lot of paperwork "for nothing". So my parents decided it would be a good idea for me to "show my face" and they are going to send the headteacher an email tonight explaining.

It's a bit of a wrench for me to just get back into the general feel of this school and then suddenly be pulled out of it, but the fact that we should be going to Kenya definitely makes up for it! Ohh I'm longing to be back there!
