We're back in Nairobi. It's windy, grey, rainy and cold. I wish we had stayed in Mombasa. Not because of the cold (I've got used to that now) but here... I suppose it's a mix of things. We can't go swimming, we can't go for any proper walks (our previous landlord, who still hasn't released our stuff, has got our boots). I miss N'thenya, but on the plus side I found Miriam again last night. The worst thing is that being in Nairobi constantly reminds me of school. Driving where the bus used to drive, getting stuck in the traffic in the rain, just hearing any songs or the radio station that used to play on the bus. I never thought I'd be able to miss school this much. I'm even looking forward to when we go back to France so at least I'll be going to a school, even if it's not my preferred choice. But no, that's not entirely true. I prefer Kenya to France. I don't know. I'm so confused.
